What’s better than a Glock? Well, lots of things…but this Race Gun is everything you love about Glock, and more. Sort of a Deluxe Glock!

Modelled after the Glock 17, this piece looks like something you’d expect to see out IPSC shooting. You have the magazine funnel for faster more intuitive reloads, the lightened slide with improved serrations for easier manipulation, and a shiny barrel because you just have to! The trigger is a competition style trigger, and the grip has been masterfully stippled. The frame is a GEN 4 meaning you have a larger magazine release button, so mag changes are even quicker!

The sights on the E-Force series Glocks are impressive – they’re fibre optic style, and much nicer shape than the bog standard utility sights. It makes sighting a target quicker and easier than plain black, or even white-dotted tactical sights. Although you do have a cool skull design staring back at you from the rear-plate on the slide, which could distract!

On this piece it’s the attention to detail that gets you – the magazine funnel has diamond grooves cut out, matched by the magazine’s baseplate. The stippling is perfectly finished, and in all the right areas. The slide has been lightened by removing sections at the top, and both sides revealing the gorgeous outer barrel. It all comes together giving a piece that looks great, and shoots exactly as you need!

Powered by Green Gas, these guns have quite stiff inlet/fill valves – be sure to press down firmly to get a proper fill. For best results fill the magazine when both it and the bottle are cold, and warm it up before shooting. Keep 1 second between shots, and you’re in business!
